My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Lauren while purchasing our beautiful home. We were able to start negotiations just in time for us to pick all of our finishes and really put our own touch on everything. This did mean we had to really buckle down and pick out everything over the course of only a few weeks which was quite a daunting task. Thankfully, we had Lauren to keep us sane and on track to getting everything picked out in an order that made sense. Because of her we were able to settle on time. Not sure how we would have been able to do anything without her help. Lauren has been patient, fair, honest and responsive. Everything we could have asked for.

My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Arechaga’s for helping us to move into our dream home.  The architecture of the home with the gorgeous stone on the front of the house, high vaulted ceilings and open floor plan are just some of the things we enjoy living in everyday.  Lauren Arechaga and I worked closely together to make sure all of the finishes and details of our new home were exactly what we were looking to achieve.  Lauren always answered all of my questions quickly, which made the new construction process much easier on my husband and I.  When we unfortunately hit some unexpected hiccups with a government agency (not by the fault of the Arechaga’s or ours) the Arechaga’s worked with us and helped resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  We no longer enjoy our hotel rooms on vacation like we used to and always look forward to coming back to the home we absolutely LOVE.

The building process can be difficult one.  With time lines and many details and concerns. What has made our building experience work?  By having open communication with both Mike and Lauren we have been able to resolve any issues that arose.  One of the most important qualities for Stacy and I, is follow up.   After we moved into our new home,  Mike was prompt with issues that came about after we moved in.   He resolved those issues.  I would feel confident in recommending ML Homebuilders for your new construction. 

Our home is beautifully designed with attention to even the smallest of details. On top of loving our home, Mike and Lauren were great to work with. They were always available helping us with anything we needed to ensure we were happy. Mike even cut our grass once before we were able to buy a mower and helped hang our lights! I doubt you would get this amount of personal attention from a large builder. Thank you both!

When Kevin and I decided to purchase new construction, we compared a few different options. We realized that the “big builders” seemed to be more rigid and made us feel like we were just a number. With Michael and Lauren, it was different – we dealt directly with them throughout the whole process and they were able to answer all of our questions. They were helpful with customizations and responding to all of our inquiries over the course of several months. The level of attention and communication made the daunting process of building a home more manageable. In the end, we love our home and feel fortunate that we were able to put personal touches on it with the help of Michael and Lauren.
